小弟对现在所学的研究生专业感到很吃力啊，可能一月份的考试很难PASS，3月份出成绩的时候搞不好好几门课都过不了50，如果最后所学的课平均分都不到50的话，就没资格写毕业论文了。。。如果3月份成绩太差的话，小弟就打算退学了。。。刚才在学校的网站上搜索了一下，看到了这个：
After registration
If you decide to withdraw from the University after you have started your course, you must notify your Head of Department of your decision in writing or by e-mail and follow the University procedures for withdrawal. When calculating any refund, we will consider the date of receipt of this letter or e-mail as the date that you left the University.
We will refund any tuition fees which you have paid in advance for the part of your course which you have not completed, based on this date. We will calculate how many weeks you studied, based on an academic year of 30 weeks (for undergraduate courses) or 45 weeks (for postgraduate courses).
In order to cover the fixed costs incurred by the University, an administration charge will be deducted from your refund (this will not apply to those fees regulated by the government as part of their undergraduate support regime). This will be 5% of the tuition fee.
Repayment will be made to the person or organisation that made the original fee payment and by the same method of payment as the original payment. Refund of any monies paid in advance will be made where a student can provide documentary evidence that they will not be able to take up their place for good reason, such as Visa refusal. Please note that refunds will not be immediate, as evidence supplied must be checked and verified.
这段话的意思是说如果决定退学的话，就肯定会退学费吧。。。还需要一个学校老师认可的理由吗？？知道的朋友请解答一下吧，谢谢啦。。。 |
