I am so glad the police do something about it.  It is left hand drive in China and is very different from the right hand drive here or that in Hong Kong.  Over the years, I have seen so many people ignored traffic signal just as they were driving in China.  They ignore zebra crossing and most of all driving without insurance or with fake insurance information.  Yes I care as I am a pedestrian as well as a driver, who scare of Chinese drivers on the road without properly British licence.  If there is accident, the victim is difficult to claim the insurance because of false information of the driver which happened to my very close friend.  You don't want to be the next victim, do you?
