这样子不大好吧，信誉都没了，建议还是要先和房东商量，不要什么事都想着跑。。。。

若大家都这样的话，中国学生在这里名声岂不是越来越不好了。。以后更难租到房了

请不要这样做。我认识一个朋友报告他人违反了合同。在英国，他们称这是公共利益，因为你可以对房东这样，你会对其他人这样做。该女孩已被禁止了10年不能申请签证来这个国家了。
我们来这国家留学，租金是预计费用，如果您想节省一些钱，你可以留在中国学习。如果房东报告上大学，你的记录可能不会太好，先和房东商量。

sorry I can't type Chinese. So I am not the only one know about that poor girl.  Anyone know the second part of story (no, it is not a story as it happened).  It only involved the loss of £800 (not a lot of money) and a phone call with the visa authority.  I am not the one do the reporting but my friend did.  He didn’t realised the visa authority would treat it so serious and ban the girl for 10 years.  Later my friend even wrote to the authority to say he forgave her but the ban is still enforced as visa authority insists it is a breach of trust.  That poor girl later applied to Australia but got rejected as her visa had been declined by the UK before.  Talk to your landlord and there will be a solution.
