rental: 150 pounds without bills, bills to be shared together
月租150英镑单人间，屋内家具俱全，房间宽敞。房子上下两层，2个卫生间，一个可洗澡。生活设施，家电等和大家share，共4个屋子，有个大院子可以凉衣服。bill根据使用情况 大家share。
在火车站对面的nelson street，是student house，希望来租的最好是PhD学生， 最好是De Montfort的，别的学校的也可以，因为房屋旁边住的是读PhD的，学习方便。
现在房屋空出来了，可马上租。
