近莱大房子出租。

直接和房东签合同。

距离市中心和莱大，DMU&中超宏丰行步行5-8分钟左右
环境非常安静，紧挨Nelson park，门外就是24小时监控,24小时热水。

House共4个rooms，(1 room on the ground floor,two rooms on the first floor and the 4th room is on the second floor)
share厨房和卫生间，还有客厅and garden.

Now there is only one bed room is available, the bed room is on the ground floor.

房间内置双人床，书桌，大衣柜。
