Web Developer/Designer - 14-16k – Hinckley, Leicestershire

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experience Web Developer to join our creative team; this role will be both challenging and rewarding with plenty of room to show your creative flair.

Our Web Developer is required to have proven track record of e & m-commerce skills, with good team working attitude to share and implement new ideas with our design team to launch new products and to grow our brand.

Good front-end and back-end knowledge/experience will be essential for this role, if you also have good SEO knowledge/experience this would be an added advantage to be considered.

- Creative

- JavaScript

Linux
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

这个似乎工资是有点低...建议提高点，比较能吸引人吧

就不和伦敦比了，但Midland的Web Developer/Designer平均都在23－28k左右

如果真材实料的话，再多都ok啊~ 每个人都说自己很厉害啊，到公司就什么都不会~讲一套，做一套。

呵呵那倒是现在眼高手低的人还真是不少，不过有的学生动手能力确实不错可以给他们实习一段再考虑最后工资。

只是建议下，一分工资一分水平是吧，能力强的肯定不愿意为了这工资去。如果能灵活些，比如试用期一个月多少，如果表现好正式录用可能升到多少，这样感兴趣的人多些。。只是个人建议

楼主是在那里上班吗？？我是做FLASH编程的，10年经验了，不过刚来英国，语言不是很好，想锻炼锻炼，所以不是很在乎工资的，方便联系一下吗？
