The rate of Consumer Prices Index (CPI) inflation in the UK matched its record high in September, rising to 5.2% from 4.5% the month before.

根据BBC报道，英国9月份的CPI指数大幅上涨到5.2%，为2008年金融危机愈来最高的一个月，说明通胀已经非常严重。
