I bought the 纯瘦猪肉干 but it is not猪肉干at all. I bought 4 packets and don't mind just to return the 3 packets which I haven't opened. My husband has contacted you and made an appointment to return the product but you didn't turn up or answer his call. You are very dishonest people and you should be shamed to be a Chinese cheating fellow Chinese people

I am sorry if there was a genuine reason for you not turning up for the appointed time to meet my husband. If this happen again, maybe it would be nice you can or get someone to make a phone call rather than let someone waiting on the street for you.
