The Company is now looking for a Mandarin speaking sourcing and production professional to assist the existing procurement team. Job Description
Duties will include all activities related to the sourcing, procurement, distribution of premium items from the Far East and Europe
Sourcing and obtaining best prices for a range of innovative products to meet client briefs
Working with the creative and design team to successfully win film, entertainment and music industry merchandise
Ensure the correct safety testing and quality control checks are carried out
Gaining approval from clients to ensure timelines are adhered to
Preparing costed templates to ensure prices are accurate and attractive to clients
Monitoring the production process from concept through to delivery
Liaising with our shipping and distribution companies to ensure delivery dates are met.
Preparing samples for client meetings and in-house meetings
Preparing sample approval forms for client sign-off
Required Skills
Must have 1-2 years working experience in sourcing or procurement
Must be a good team player
Must be highly organised and able to work under pressure
Mandarin speaking with good general communication skills
