房子位于ST PETERS ROAD(LE2 1DF) 步行到莱大15分钟步行到火车站大概十分钟.周边有红灯笼,燕林中餐馆,dominos,还有很多炸鸡店,酒吧,步行大概5分钟左右.对面是一间中东小商店平时买东西非常方便.
房子里一共有四间卧室,楼上两间楼下两间,同住的3名室友都是莱大华人学生现在出租楼上的其中一间大房.
房间里基本设施齐全(双人床,衣柜,写字台等) 不包bill 190镑一个月(每个月水电网费大概30镑左右)三月30号就可以入住.
长租或者短租皆可你来了可以单独和房东签一份合同最好不要吸烟男女不限~
