请问大家知道highcross 那边的the circus和the quad 是不是不租学生啊？这两栋楼的房源好少啊，the bar 和the arcus 就挺多的！大家知道为什么吗？谢谢！

可能房源本就不多吧，有些房子是中介的，这就要跟中介协商了，有的中介是不租学生的，但是大部分是租给学生的。

the bar 那些是同一landlord的大公司，像circus那些是私人的
