Price does not include any bills. You need to pay your own bills. Water is around £27 per month. Electricity is roughly £50-£60 per month. This depends on your usage.
When we lived there, we cooked at home everyday, winter periods the cost will be more as you use more heating as the heater is electricity. We do not have gas in the flat.
Internet you can set up yourself and find your own provider.
