有没有人住过the Summit，条件怎么样？离莱大在步行范围内吗？冬天天黑得早，走回去会不会不安全？

谢谢回复，网站上的介绍我也看了，只是想找住过或正在住的同学了解一下实际居住感受。另外，120镑一周是不是有点贵了？还有，energy contribution 是什么东西，交了这个钱以后有得退吗？

这个价钱完全可以在莱大附近找个好点的，莱大的住那边有点不方便，除非你的课很少，不经常跑学校的话那还行，不过还是远了点，不方便

我只了解地点这些了

因为是刚刚盖好的，估计很少有住过的同学发表感想。。。

我现在刚好要转租一套summit的哦。16楼的。有没有兴趣哦
那个费用其实说难听点就是中介费，但是他说包什么网费呀，管理费呀等等。
是不退的

Summit is rather expensive. Rooms in private house is around £65 per room exclusing bills but all bills should be less than £10 per week so total is around £75 per week and at least there will be a sitting room for all housemates (3 to 4 students) and there won't have any sitting in Summit.

there is a house with Leicester university student looking for housemates and the houe is only 15-20 minutes walk from Leicester university, very close to all three Chinese supermarkets and other English supermarkets and just a bit nearer than Summit.
