Boots有卖这个据说很管用： Bonjela Cool Mint Gel

Bonjela Cool Mint Gel relieves the pain and discomfort of common mouth ulcers, cold sores and denture sore spots.                   How to Use
Over 16 years:
Apply a half inch (1cm) of gel to sore area not more than once every 3 hours.
For denture irritation use 30 minutes before re-insertxxxion.
Hazards and Cautions
Keep out of reach and sight of children
Do not exceed the stated dose

就是种凝胶，用棉签或手指涂在口腔溃疡患处，一会就不疼了。
