I am the landlord so there is no agency fee for you to pay. I have a few houses, most of them newly renovated recently. There are two 4 students houses, one has two rooms available, at the moment, one De Montefort University and one Leicester University students living in both houses. As they moved in at different and some of them living there since last year, I cannot move them together into one house. I also have a 3 bedrooms house available. The rent is £65 per room per week (without bills). All the houses are in good maintain order as I only renovated them this year. If you are interested or would like to view the houses and the tenants, I can arrange for you to do so.
