Job Description
Company description: A leading Chinese accountancy firm in London
Salary: 15k p/a
Main Responsibilities:
• Reconcile bank statements or department records,
• Verify statement items and totals with department records,
• Make and check necessary calculations
• Sort documents and post debits/credits to proper account, balance entries and makes necessary corrections
• Prepare and check invoices, requisitions and other documents for processing; encode and obtain approval when necessary
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• 1 year in-house accounting related experience
• Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles
• Skill in maintaining accounting or bookkeeping records
• Attention to detail
• Analytical thinking and good with data mining
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Self motivation
