转租一个studio appartment 在新盖的高楼， the summit. 认识的朋友都知道这里的房子去年年头就被定光了， 各种设备还是一流的。

价格是120一周，现在转租价只要100 一周， 水电煤网， 什么都包了， 提包就能住的
房子的合同是到今年6月底， 有兴趣的朋友跟我联系吧

对， 是studio嘛， 厨房是连在一块的， 不过有个超给力的抽油烟机， 厕所是离床比较远的。 欢迎你加我qq拿照片， 也可以来看房啊
