Manuka Honey

Manuka honey is made from the New Zealand native Leptospermum Scoparium or Manuka (Manuka is the Maori name for the shrub). The beekeepers set up their hives in wild uncultivated areas in which Manuka bushes grow. The bees gather nectar from the flowers of the Manuka bush. The honey making process is enriched by the pollution free environment for New Zealand.

网上很多人推荐的，Manuka蜂蜜有一种抗菌活性成分，对肠胃很好，可作一般保健，也能改善肠胃炎，胃溃疡等等

蜂蜜罐上标有抗菌指数，指数越高抗菌功效越强！一般保健5到10就好，如果有胃炎胃溃疡什么的建议至少选15以上～
普通保健可以兑水喝，针对胃的问题就不要冲水，餐前一两小时空腹直接吃一小勺
