我是这样的的

去年莱大毕业后找到的工作，经过面试后，决定雇我
雇主要我提供护照复印件和学位证书，然后向Home Office申请Work Permit.
两星期后，Home Office给半了两年的work permit的approval letter到了

之后就可以拿approval letter去Home Office申请leave to remain,这里的"leave"
是指“许可”的意思。可以选择去伦敦croydon的Home office面签，不过不建议面签，还是邮签好～等拿到签证一看，上面就是be able to work了～OK

PS:现在的HSMP政策对刚毕业拿WP工作的学生很有利，基本上都可以到高技术移民的分数线75分的，大家努力加油！

Yes, this is true. It is easy to get 75 points with a phd (50 points)and 2 year work experience (25 points). the annual salary must be above 27,000 though.

That's right, If you are a UK master and younger enough (<28), consequencely you got extra 20 points, then you should be able to apply HSMP after one year, as long as you find a job with reasonable salary.
