Welcome to leicesterstudenthomes. I am a private Landlord with a number of excellent student houses to let to full-time students studying near De Montfort University (DMU). The benefit of dealing directly with the landlord is that you pay no agent fees or any other associated costs such as booking fees. I also have a lot of experience of renting to Chinese students and am currently renting houses to Chinese students.
The houses are just 2 minutes walk away from campus and you can see the close proximity from the map below. I have properties on:
