房子是帮房东出租的义务的无需中介费房子是不包bill的 share的话还是很便宜的
房子地址是25 ST ALBANS ROAD，在domino pizza 后面那条街离学校非常近我个人走过去大概8分钟旁边有好几家中国餐厅有中国超市有甜品店  有sainsbury 有学生酒吧  要去火车站 12分钟左右  离city center 20分钟左右

房间是2个bedroom 1个大 1个小一点小的是阳光房  还有一个厨房一个厕所一个很小的杂物房  楼下后面有个空地可以晒衣服不喜欢share的话就晒在房子里 flat门口有停车位每个月只要付很少的钱就可以停

房子最好是一年一年的租  房东因为住在伦敦所以平常基本不过问
