房子出租, 鄰近萊大, 十分钟步行到火車站. 市中心.卽可入住.

家俬电噐齐備, 有洗衣机, 微波炉, 电烤炉, 煤气炉, 电冰箱, 有网络. 共用厨房飯厅, 全屋用木地板, 清洁衛生, 每个房间月租由£280-£300.

共有四个房间, 兩个厠所, 一个浴室. 室友都是博士生和碩士生, 明文有禮, 人人保持公用地方整洁,家居環境優静.

租约可由6个月至一年

从9月11号租到10月5号可以吗？我2014年7月到9月就是在这里住的当时我住的是二楼最小的那个房间就是靠着卫生间的那个感觉环境很好请问二楼的房间还有吗？那三间中哪一间都可以
