I am a native-speaker male University of Leicester English tutor and have a room available for rent in my house. I am looking for a female student (post-grads preferred) who would like a quiet, comfortable location in which to live and study.
20 mins walk from the university or 5 mins by bus (regular service every 7 minutes and direct to railway station and city centre)
Pleasant, quiet location in smart area of Leicester
Sharing with me and one other female Chinese post-grad student
Use of all usual facilities (TV, washing machine, cooker, etc.)
Unlimited wireless broadband
£75 per week or £300 per month
