generally speaking, i think it is not bad. I met very good language teachers and i think i benifited a lot though it  was not very challenging in the beginning of the course.
They also give placement tests before you start class, so if you are in the higher level class, you may have less homework. Maybe it deoends on what teachers you meet. In the meaning time, you will be dealing with other things such as opening an account, registery, apply for studnet card, looking for accommadation etc. Those things are more tiring than studying...
