语言被拒~~信息如下

我是crouseD,上周递签然后被拒了
拒签信息如下
拿到拒签函，直接显示CAS得分为0~~~~~

The detai from  ECO comments:
In view of the fact that you have claimed 30 points for a valid CAS however, the CAS does not contain the mandatory informtion as specified in the guidance such as the total hours study time per week. I am not satisified that you have a valid CAS and you have not been awareded any points for the CAS. You therefore do not meet the requirements to be granted entry clearance under Tier 4 (General) Student and I refuse your application under paragraph 245ZV(b) of the immigration Rules.

但是我的CAS上也显示了
Hours per week     21

我真奇怪是为什么~~~~~~~~~~~~

看来要2000了~~
请问怎么进行2000啊~~~好心的人告诉我一下
需要什么手续？
