我给Opal的办公室发了邮件，回复如下：

If you wish to arrive earlier than the tenancy start date of 2nd October:

The earliest you can move into your room is Sunday 25th September.  This extra week will need to be paid for at the following rates depending on what type of room the Accommodation Office has allocated you:

Standard+Ensuite £14.21 per night
Premium Ensuite £15.56 per night
Premium Flat £17.00 per night

There is no need to book for arriving early, just turn up anytime from 25th September.  You will be invoiced for arriving early sometime during the week you move in, and this can be paid by cash or card.

You may arrive anytime - day or night as there is staff here 24/7.
