ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER
LEICESTER, FULL TIME 37.5
This a great opportunity for an individual with exceptional leadership, coaching and organisational talent to manage a large team in one of our high profile flagship stores.

The Business Manager is responsible for managing and developing the team to achieve the highest productivity in order to achieve brand retail targets.
In addition the individual will utilise analytical and organisational skills to manage all paperwork and stock, while working closely with Estee Lauder Field Management and Store Management to maximise the programme of launch activities and promotions.

Always leading by example, the Business Manager must consistently demonstrate the highest standards of service excellence.

This is an assistant manager role, would consider 4 days a week for the right candidate.
