A leading London based professional training and consultancy company is recruiting two additional dynamic and self motivated bilingual (Mandarin/English) consultants for a training programme aimed at the professional development of graduates in the UK.

Brief description of Mandarin Consultant:

Since its start in London in 2007, Mandarin Consultant has gained the reputation of the leading consultancy company helping UK based Chinese bilingual students and graduates to gain internships and work placements from leading international companies.

Mandarin Consultant has an in-depth understanding of the recruitment processes of international companies and their requirements for their Chinese applicants. Through its strong team of native English speaking professionals, who form the strong coaching team, Mandarin Consultant has delivered an impressive track record in the last few years.

Description of the role:

The consultant will:

•        Answer all initial enquiries from students and graduates and young professionals about the career coaching programme;
•        Assess the suitability of potential candidates;
•        Successfully convince suitable candidates to join our programme;
•        Give feedback to the management of the needs of potential candidates;
•        Achieve a set sales target;

Requirements of the role:

•        Determined, focused and result driven
•        Strong leadership, persuasion and analytical skills
•        Quick thinker and fast learner
•        Strong desire to help others
•        Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
•        Good command of English to be able to communicate with the native English speaking staff in the company
•        Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong articulation skills

A basic salary is offered with very attractive commission.  The position is permanent.  The company can organise work permit for suitable candidates.
