Summit is rather expensive. Rooms in private house is around £65 per room exclusing bills but all bills should be less than £10 per week so total is around £75 per week and at least there will be a sitting room for all housemates (3 to 4 students) and there won't have any sitting in Summit.

there is a house with Leicester university student looking for housemates and the houe is only 15-20 minutes walk from Leicester university, very close to all three Chinese supermarkets and other English supermarkets and just a bit nearer than Summit.
