新学期新面貌，我和室友打算移居，希望有房源的同学或朋友帮忙推荐！
要求如下：
1. 三人间或四人间house（double bed），由房东亲自出租，不要转手房或拼房！
2. 有家具！起码要有基本家具（床，桌椅，洗衣机等）。
3. 交通生活便利，最好在市中心与Univ之间，附近有商店，餐馆.
4. 不要黑人区或印度区！位置相对安全，有CCTV最好。
5. 希望能和房东商量整套租下来包BILL。
6. 我们都是本科生，所以是长长长长长长长长租！！！！谢谢。

I have a newly renovated house for 4 students on Ullswater Street LE2 7DU, only 5 minutes walk to DMU and 15 minutes to Leicester University.  All 3 Chinese supermarkets are within 8 minutes walk with Tesco, Sainsbury and Morrison close by. Hey,
Thank you for giving me the information, I checked the location and found that your place is a little bit far away from city centre, I think i have to reconsider your advice, but thank you all the same.

Hi there, it is 10 minutes walk from city centre, are you from DMU or Leicester University?

by the way, there is short cut through DMU buildings if you walk.  Most of our tenants are students and they told us it is only 10 walk to Leicester city open market.
