I have a house in upper class Clarendon Park area, 12 minutes walk to Leicester. Majority of Neighbours are either students or English local residents have been living there for a long time. The house is in very good condition as only been renovated last year. It is a 3 bedrooms house and the current students living there will move out in August when they finish their study.
