I have one house 12 minutes walk from Leicester University, and a few houses just 5 to 10 minutes to DMU.  I am the landlord so there won't be any agency fee to pay.  Most of my tenants are from China and majority of them will go home this summer when their course is completed.  You are more than welcome to contact me to arrange to view houses.  By the way, I do read and speak Chinese but I don't do qq, so you can send message to my message box
