I have a house on very popular upmarket Clarendon Park area, post code LE2 3AQ. At the moment there are 3 students living in the house but they will go back to China in September. You are more than welcome to make appointment to view the house. I am the landlord so there won't be agency fee to pay. by the way, the house is 12 minutes walk to Leicester University and I got anther newly renovated house which is 15 minutes walk to Leicester University but only 5 minutes walk to DMU main library
