You can track your documents using the Royal Mail website:
http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace
UK address: If your documents have been posted to an address IN THE UK you can track the documents until they reach you. They may take up to 15 working days to arrive.
Non-UK address: If your documents have been posted to an address NOT IN THE UK you will only be able to track documents until they leave the UK. To track the document after it has left the UK you will need to contact the destination postal service. Please be aware that these documents may take up to 28 days to arrive.

Please use the tracking number and information provided above to track receipt of your documents.
If your documents are lost, or if you would like additional copies of documents, more information on how to request these can be found below.
TRANSCRIPT
Additional copies of your academic transcript can be requested at £15 per copy (plus postage if ordered online). You can request copies in person from 1 August 2013 by visiting the Registry which is open as shown below (please note that we can only take payment in cash), or by ordering copies on the internet at shop@le. If your transcript does not arrive, please carefully read the information below detailing how long you should allow your documents to arrive before you assume that it is lost; the University will not respond to any queries, or take any further action to replace lost documents until the timeframes indicated below have lapsed:
UK Address: If your documents have not arrived within 15 working days of receipt of this email you should contact Royal Mail to request further information about the whereabouts of your documents. If they confirm to you that the documents have been lost please forward this evidence to the Registry, confirming the address that you would like your replacement certificate to be sent to.
Non-UK Address: If your documents do not arrive within 28 WORKING DAYS, contact the destination postal service and request confirmation of its location. If they confirm that it has been lost please forward this evidence to the Registry, confirming the address that you would like your replacement certificate sent to. A replacement certificate cannot be issued until it can be confirmed that the original has been lost.
AWARD LETTER
Additional copies of your award letter can be requested from 1 August 2013 by visiting, phoning or emailing the Registry. There is no cost for additional award letters. Please be aware that requests made before 1 August 2013 cannot be met.
