那我是不是要提前两个星期把钱打给学校

如果从中国汇钱到英国 到帐时间是多久呢

学校只是建议如果你用电汇的方法付学费，最好提前2周

关于注册时间
Central Registration
After you arrive, if you are an international student, you will need to attend central registration where you will be issued with your library card, confirmation of registration, letter for visa purposes and, if required, a letter to open a bank account.
To complete this stage, please go to the Charles Wilson Sports Hall on the following days. Details about specific times will follow.
Please ensure you bring your passport, Student Visa and ID Card with you so that they can be checked.
• For students progressing from an English Language course at the University of Leicester – Monday 21 September 2009.
• For students attending the Welcome Programme – Wednesday 23 to Friday 25 September 2009
• For all other international students – Monday 28 September to Friday 2 October 2009.

我的机票已经出了 关于ISWP的项目 正在考虑要不要参加

你提到的网上注册的网址是什么啊 是只有14号能注册 还是从14号开始

University registration 是在网上完成的
Central and Departmental registration 可以等我22号到了那 之后到学校注册的 对吧

University registration是在网上完成的
Central and Departmental registration只能等你22号到了学校之后注册
而且Departmental registration的具体安排要问你的学院，比如具体时间地点什么的。

关于注册网址和时间，Your essential guide to starting at Leicester 2009-10的第17页说
Online registration can be completed from any location and will open from 14 September 2009. Once open online registration will be accessible at https://register.le.ac.uk.
所以应该是9月14号开始都可以。不过不知道截止日期是什么，我想还是赶早比较保险吧。

关于什么时候交学费，电汇和支票我觉得应该是14日之前的两周，因为交学费是第二步，网上注册是第三步。
另外这个请参考一下：
The online registration process involves the checking of your academic entry requirements and the payment of fees. If you have been given a conditional offer and/or are unable to pay your fees online you may be asked to contact the Registry directly.

因为我是0921的票，想找人一起从伦敦去学校。咱们刚好错开了，那以后在学校见吧^^
