It is involved in the integrated warehouse -focused supply chain and determined to help cross-border ecommerce sellers localize their supply operations. Its warehouses cover in China, United States, Britain, Germany, Australia, Russia Belgium and more than 700 employees worldwide.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the UK team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analysis of stock/forecast reports and inbound order information.

Processing orders from customer through pre-determined processes. Providing customer with order analysis at regular intervals.

Ensure customer demands are met by Liaising directly with teams in China, logistic providers, distribution centre and hauliers.

Provider resolutions with supply problems by providing alternative ways to meet customer expectation.

Provide accurate reports on sales, stock issues, transport requirement and stock coverage.

In conjunction with warehouse manager, manage stock control and reconcile.

Required skills

•        Good experience within a Supply Chain Coordinator role. •        Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organisational skills •        Good Mandarin and English speaking and writing are necessary •        Good Excel and IT system skills. •        Freight forwarding experience (preferred)

Salary:  £20,000 - £26,000 per annum
