英国小百科：莱斯特Watermead Park的大湖

可能很少人听过Watermead Park这个公园，沿着莱斯特的River Soar往北走，经过Abbey Park之后，继续沿着河边走上25分钟，就是Watermead Park，这个公园有一个大湖，每年都有数百只的水鸟天鹅，很是壮观，公园的标志性雕塑是这只猛犸象，默默地望着湖心。

确实挺漂亮的，公园旁边还有个船码头，里面都是canal boats

that's right, I have been cycling along national cycle route and stopped at the lake for a while and it was actually quite nice. I would recommend to any cyclists.
