Commonly, we aware that Taiwanese is able to speak Chinese very well. Most importantly, I have a conversation with you before. So, I can ensure that you're able to speak Chinese. I mean I would like to learn how to type in Chinese (the way of typing in Chinese which I don't know).
Of course, I can speak both languages.

Honestly, I have downloaded pin yin list. Is it just to memorize it? Just not using it ever, so i don't know anything.
