提前一星期到莱大参加ISWP的同学可以book coach接机了，申请接机截至事件为9月19日。

ISWP Airport Coach Service

coach square.jpgThe ISWP Coach Service is a free service for students who wish to attend the International Students' Welcome Programme. Due to limited resources, the coach service is only available to students who book using the form below.

Please note that you must have received your visa (if applicable) and booked your flight BEFORE booking a place on the coach.

Dates: Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th September 2011

Time of departure: 11am

Place: London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3

Please note that there are no University coach services outside of these times - for travel to Leicester at other times see Coaches from major airports. Students arriving into Heathrow in early morning are advised to use other transport services for their own convenience (to avoid waiting at the airport for a long time) as the ISWP coach is limited to an 11am departure.

The ISWP Coach Service meeting point is Terminal 3 of Heathrow Airport and you must allow time to reach the terminal after collecting baggage and clearing immigration control. For travelling between terminals, please see the Heathrow website.

Bookings for the ISWP coaches can only be taken until Monday 19th September 2011, so make sure that you book a place in time!
Luggage Allowance

You can bring 2 suitcases (which you can carry yourself) and one small piece of hand luggage. Please note that this baggage allowance is to make sure that as many students as possible are able to use the coach service.
Family Members

Family members can travel with you but will need to pay £30 each. Please make sure that you add their names on the booking form.
Meet & Greet

We have a Meet and Greet Team of Student Assistants waiting to help you at Terminal 3 on Monday 26th (from 06.00am - 16.00pm) and Tuesday 27th (from 06.00am - 11.00am) September. They will be wearing blue T-shirts and have signs for the University of Leicester.

If you have arrived before the coach is due to leave at 11.00am, we will ask you to stay in a designated area within the airport so we can take you to the coach when we are ready to leave.

Please note that the booking form will be withdrawn on Monday 19th September 2011 when the deadline for ISWP coach booking has passed.

如果是参加ISWP, 就可以。 如果不是，当然就不能了。如果你也参加这个并预约了接机，那么你到时候上车时，估计司机也应该不会拒绝你的。

foundation的学生有专门机构管，应该是study group负责的，具体针对foudation新生的接机消息等确定了会通知大家。

请问，接机只有9月26和27日得上午11点两班车是吗？

接机是只有这两个时间，不过车有很多辆的记得。

Foundation学生的接机安排是ISC负责，学生需要联系ISC,ISC就会给他们定AirportTaxis。

ISC不安排大车接机，谁需要接机就帮谁定Taxi.

Taxi是很贵，价格大约在88磅，不确定。
学生需要付现金给出租车司机。

如果当天正好有几个学生同时到，ISC应该会安排大家坐同一个出租车。
