帮房东发帖，出租2013到2014 学年的公寓

首先介绍下：
房子的位置是在LE2 3EA Avenue Rd，步行到学校的距离是10分钟 附近有邮局sainsburys超市，地理位置我就不说了 googlemap 大家自己看，是白人区，非常安全的说，因为是公寓所以楼下是有门，只有住在一栋楼里的才能出入，这一点比house好多。
我是目前住在这边的住户（今年毕业就要回国了~），这个房子真心好，房东人不错，不然我也不会帮房东发帖了，希望能够帮助到一些在找房子的同学。平时房屋内部哪里坏了，修理绝对及时给力。记得一次家里面暖气换了，修理需要2天，房东当晚直接买了2个小点的电暖气送来，关键是不用钱~
房型和中国国内的很像，基本上都是3室一厅的。下面是一些房屋图片。
补充一下 房屋合同一般都是一年一签 就是今年九月到明年九月的
大家如果要租的话，建议租 FLAT 3  房间是有三室一厅改为两室一厅的，所以你懂得，
                                          FLAT4    今年全新装修的，对面住的是我们同学，当时过去看的时候那个羡慕。。


另外关于9楼那位同学说的房东问题，我只能说我住的这接近一年，房东是非常靠谱的。。。当时租房的时候直接一年的合同所以也没有放假房租减免的这个说法。。。

Thomas 真会找马甲。。。。我是Thomas的租户，房东其实挺坑的，我们跟他打了3年交道了。有些事情我就不暴了，另外，Westbury Road的房子很破，要租的同学请考虑好。还有，房东会说什么放假了房租减半的这种话来吸引你，到最后你真遇上放假了，这种offer他一概否认。
