It's a 4 large bedroom house with 2 rooms on ground floor and 2 rooms on 1st floor.

1 toilet and 1 toilet+shower room on 1st floor
A mini lounge on the 1st floor.
Big concreted backyard.
Housemates are international Chinese students from Hong Kong and Brunei so it's a good opportunity to learn each other's cultures and languages.
