你是不是二个房东？有没有任何中介费要付吗？

I am a private landlord myself and I never heard of 中介费等于是物业费.  A private landlord will deal with all problem all the time and the agency will only deal with it during office hours and charge either landlord or tenant for MORE fee. That is for the benefit of the agency not for the tenant.

students have eyes and brains, unfortunately they are lack of experience.  This happens to a  lot of them complain about renting their new rooms by seeing nicely presented photos but not the actual rooms under the influence of smooth talk agents. I have been a student before and I fully understand what it like when arriving to a new country.  Luckily at old day, people are more honest so I didn’t fall into any trap.  Thank to my lucky star :)
