Hoo Hing is London's largest Chinese Supermarket network and delivery service with seven depots around the UK, five of which across London and Essex.  We employ approximately 300 staff from a multitude of nationalities and backgrounds.



Job Description
Contract:                         Permanent

Working Hours:        48 hours (6 days a week)

Salary: Salary plus bonus starts from £20,600 to £22,600 per annum. After training salary plus bonus up to £27,000 per annum

Required Skills
Cash & Carry Assistant Managers are required to deputise for Store Managers and efficiently run a Chinese Cash and Carry branch.

Candidates must be able to deal with all aspects of site management, including sales, stock control, health and safety, personnel and general administration. Fluent Chinese language skills would be an advantage but not essential. Ideally must be degree holders (business related subject preferred).

Candidates must be eligible to work in UK.
