  一定要近学校，走路10分钟之内最好。希望是个house的某间，这样就有现成的室友了。我是女生，今年过去读研，所以肯定是整租。

I have a house in upper class Clarendon Park area, 12 minutes walk to Leicester.  Majority of Neighbours are either students or English local residents have been living there for a long time.  The house is in very good condition as only been renovated last year.  It is a 3 bedrooms house and the current students living there will move out in August when they finish their study.  If you have another 2 friends, you can contact me.  Post code is LE2 3AQ.  By the way, you can send me message in both English and Chinese as I read and speak Chinese.
