有没有人住过the Summit，条件怎么样？离莱大在步行范围内吗？冬天天黑得早，走回去会不会不安全？

there is a house with Leicester university student looking for housemates and the houe is only 15-20 minutes walk from Leicester university, very close to all three Chinese supermarkets and other English supermarkets and just a bit nearer than Summit.  You can check on this website.  I am sorry I do read Chinese but I can't do any Chinese typing or qq but if  you need further information you can email me

Summit is rather expensive.  Rooms in private house is around £65 per room exclusing bills but all bills should be less than £10 per week so total is around £75 per week and at least there will be a sitting room for all housemates (3 to 4 students) and there won't have any sitting in Summit.

我现在刚好要转租一套summit的哦。16楼的。有没有兴趣哦
那个费用其实说难听点就是中介费，但是他说包什么网费呀，管理费呀等等。
是不退的
